• Providing veterinary services and keeping the clinical record — performance of a contract and legal obligations.
• Issuing invoices and official certificates — legal obligations.
• Reviewing cases sent by international clients — your consent.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the professional relationship lasts and thereafter for the periods required by Spanish tax, accounting and veterinary legislation.

Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with external laboratories, referral professionals, official veterinary registries and public authorities where this is required for the service or by law, and with service providers acting as data processors under a written agreement.

Medical records sent to us

Sending your pet's medical records does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship and does not guarantee that your pet is a candidate for treatment or travel. We use the information solely to assess the case and advise you on next steps.
